Therefore, we require a Transfer of Care appointment so that we can review your hearing care records, any audiograms you may have and hearing aid data.  We can also provide a thorough cleaning of the devices, and read out the settings of the devices for our records.  This appointment has a fee of $260 and is not covered by insurance.
